Zouk, the award winning Halal Indian restaurant in Bradford, Yorkshire, is the brainchild of a unique and dedicated family team. Amjad Bashir, better known as Peter to his regular customers, has been working in the restaurant industry for over 25 years.
They wanted to design a contemporary tea bar and grill that would be the kind of place you could enjoy visiting and socialising with family or friends - essentially more than a restaurant.
It had to be a welcoming environment that opened all day so you could drop in for breakfast, lunch, dinner, supper or even just a tasty dessert.
