Question: I would like to purchase the voucher as a gift. Does it say on the voucher that I have purchased it for half the price?

Answer: No. The voucher displays the total value that you can redeem at the restaurant. The price you have paid is not written on the voucher.

  1. How long are the vouchers valid?

    The vouchers are valid for two months from the online sale date of the restaurant / retailer. The expiry date will be printed on the front of the voucher.

  2. How do I pay for the voucher?

    To purchase a voucher please click the "Buy" button on the shop website. Payment is made through Worldpay and details of your transaction can be found on your order form.

  3. Is the payment process safe?

    Yes. This website uses a 256 bit SSL-coding for data transfer the same as many well-known online shops. Through the use of coding the SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protects your sensitive data at all times from unauthorised access. SSL is the safest method for data transfer over the internet.   4. What is the maximum number of vouchers I can order per supplier?

    You may only purchase one voucher per person, per supplier.

  5. I have ordered a voucher but have not received a confirmation by email.

    Please check that the confirmation email has not landed in your junk email folder. Alternatively there may have been a transcription error when typing your email address. If so, please send us and email with your full name and when you ordered the voucher and which supplier it was for. We will then check our records and contact you.

  6. Can I collect a voucher directly from the radio station or newspaper?

    The vouchers are only available via the Internet. You will receive your voucher by post within 5 working days of placing your order.

  7. Do I have to pay for postage when I place a multiple order?

    We have automated our order process in order to provide you with your voucher as quickly as possible. For this reason, it is currently not possible to manually combine your orders.

  8. How quickly will I receive the voucher?

    Generally speaking you will receive your voucher in the post within 5 working days. It can then be used immediately at the restaurant/retailer (please be aware of the terms and conditions of the voucher as detailed on the website of the supplier).

  9. Is the voucher valid for myself alone or for the person/persons accompanying me? (Restaurant Specific)

    The voucher is valid for you and your accompanying guest(s).

  10. Am I restricted to a particular menu when I redeem my voucher? (Restaurant Specific)

    Unless stated otherwise by the restaurants description, the voucher is valid for all food and drinks and is not limited to a particular menu.

    Yes, unless stated otherwise, your voucher is valid for food and drinks.

  12. When I have purchased a voucher do I then have to redeem it in the restaurant of the week or do I have a choice of restaurants?

    The vouchers are issued by a specific restaurant and can therefore only be redeemed there.

  13. If the Retailer/Restaurant is part of a 'chain' can I use my voucher in any branch?

    Vouchers can only be redeemed in the restaurant / retailer branch that is being specifically promoted by the radio station / newspaper.

  14. Can I use more than one voucher per transaction?

    No. Only one voucher per person, per transaction can be redeemed at any one time.

  15. How can I utilise my voucher at the supplier?

    Your voucher has the value that was outlined when you purchased it (usually £50). When paying, present the voucher to have the value deducted from your purchase/bill. Unfortunately, no change can be issued, and it is not permitted to have the remaining value credited to the voucher.

  16. How can I suggest other restaurants or retailers?

    Tell your favourite restaurant/retailer about voucherchoice.com, then send us a short email with the contact details (address and telephone) and the name of your contact. We will be happy to contact the restaurant/retailer and then perhaps your favourite restaurant/retailer will soon be offer of the day/week.

  17. What are the advantages of a customer account?

    Many of the promotions sell out within minutes. It is easy to make typing errors when you are in a hurry, which can then delay the delivery of vouchers. For this reason we offer you the possibility of registering your data in the shop by creating a customer account. This means you can order vouchers with less clicks and less typing which is a big advantage as the number of vouchers are limited. And also reduces the risk of typing errors.
